CAN转光纤常见10个问题及解决办法

1、CAN端无数据收发:先检查CAN总线接线是否正负极接反,终端电阻是否接好(120Ω),波特率是否与设备匹配,排查CAN口是否被短路或损坏。 
1. No data transmission and reception at the CAN end: First check if the positive and negative terminals of the CAN bus wiring are reversed, if the terminal resistance is properly connected (120 Ω), if the baud rate matches the device, and check if the CAN port is short circuited or damaged. 


2、光纤端无链路:查看光纤收发指示灯是否常亮,光纤是否插紧、纤芯是否匹配(单模/多模、SC/FC接口),光纤是否断裂,可更换光纤跳线测试。 
2. Fiber end without link: Check if the fiber optic transceiver indicator light is always on, if the fiber optic is securely plugged in, if the fiber core matches (single-mode/multi-mode, SC/FC interface), if the fiber optic is broken, and replace the fiber optic jumper for testing. 


3、数据丢包/延迟大:确认光纤传输距离未超设备规格,降低CAN总线负载率,检查设备是否处于强电磁干扰环境,做好接地与屏蔽。 
3. Data packet loss/high latency: Confirm that the fiber optic transmission distance does not exceed the device specifications, reduce the CAN bus load rate, check if the device is in a strong electromagnetic interference environment, and ensure proper grounding and shielding. 


4、设备上电无反应:检测供电电压是否匹配(常见DC9-36V),电源线是否接触不良,电源接口是否损坏,尝试更换电源适配器。 
4. No response when the device is powered on: Check if the power supply voltage matches (commonly DC9-36V), if the power cord has poor contact, if the power interface is damaged, and try replacing the power adapter. 


5、光纤单通(一端收不到):核对收发端光纤TX/RX是否交叉连接,检查单纤设备波长是否匹配(如1310/1550nm),更换光纤端口测试。 
5. Fiber single pass (unable to receive at one end): Check if the TX/RX fibers at the transmitter and receiver are cross connected, verify if the wavelength of the single fiber device matches (e.g. 1310/1550nm), and replace the fiber port for testing. 


6、CAN总线报错/帧错误:排查总线上设备波特率不一致,移除总线上故障节点,检查总线线缆屏蔽层是否接地,减少分支线长度。 
6. CAN bus error/frame error: Check for inconsistent baud rates of devices on the bus, remove faulty nodes on the bus, check if the bus cable shielding layer is grounded, and reduce the length of branch lines. 


7、设备频繁重启:确认供电电源纹波过大,更换稳压电源,检查设备是否过热,保证安装环境通风,排查接线短路问题。 
7. Frequent device restarts: Confirm that the power supply ripple is too large, replace the stabilized power supply, check if the device is overheated, ensure that the installation environment is ventilated, and troubleshoot wiring short circuits. 


8、多节点通信冲突:优化CAN总线节点地址分配,降低通信频率,使用带仲裁功能的CAN转光纤设备,避免同时发送数据。 
8. Multi node communication conflict: Optimize CAN bus node address allocation, reduce communication frequency, use CAN to fiber devices with arbitration function to avoid sending data simultaneously. 


9、光纤传输距离不足:单模设备替换多模设备,更换低损耗光纤,检查光纤接头是否脏污,用酒精清洁接头端面。 
9. Insufficient fiber transmission distance: Replace single-mode equipment with multi-mode equipment, replace low loss optical fibers, check whether the fiber optic joints are dirty, and clean the joint end face with alcohol. 


10、设备组网后整体不通:确认组网拓扑是否匹配(点对点/环网/星型),环网设备需开启环网功能并配置主备节点,重新核对所有设备参数。 
10. After the device is networked, it is not functioning properly as a whole: confirm if the network topology matches (point-to-point/ring/star), enable the ring network function and configure primary and backup nodes for the ring network devices, and recheck all device parameters.
